We set up your computers, servers and network and then essentially take a photograph of your setup. The purpose of the support contract is to then to maintain this photograph.

If you then wish to change this photograph, by either adding software to a computer, adding a computer, moving some equipment to a different part of the office, or a different site altogether, this is then charged for separately, but at a reduced fee.

As the contract is a fixed price and rather than being tied to a pool of hours, it’s in our interests to make everything work as efficiently as possible, which can only be good for you.
